Not at all the image that I was planning on posting, but my e-Bay purchasing (essential for the making of a Christmas ornament to hang on the tree for the Center's Holiday Party) has gone astray. I can't work out what I could possibly substitute. When in doubt, chop horseradish, courtesy of the farmers' market a week or so back.
