Today, down the Columbia Gorge - stopping at various waterfalls - this is Multnomah Falls (620 feet high - the 2nd highest continuous-running waterfalls in the country) - and then - via lunch in Portland - to Cannon Beach.
This is more or less the view from our hotel room, with a beach to walk on just outside our window, and other people's dogs to entertain us ...
