fall, the farmers' market, and the railyard

There's nothing like the farmers' market - and indeed the whole railyard area at this time of the year - and not just because of the produce (tonight's dinner was calabacitas made with the freshest yellow squash and just a hint of freshly roasted chile, and potatoes fresh from the ground), nor everyone enjoying a cool, clear morning - but the light, and the flowers ...

... though I didn't explore the Santa Fe Institute's Interplanetary Festival any further than this.

New wall decoration ...

Apples and sunflowers;

... and here's the chile, roasting.  There are now some bags in the freezer.

    Beautiful, sunny, and presumably, warm (!) Santa Fe!
