Really, given The World, I know I have very little to complain about. On the other hand, the Covid booster truly did do its customary job of flattening me until about 3 p.m. this afternoon - and even after that I've been functioning on shockingly low energy. It's some comfort to read that yes, research does show that people with a very strong reaction to booster shots have something between 1.4 and 1.6 stronger immunity than those who don't, but still. On the other hand, this - and the flu jab - should last me through the winter without my having to free up another not-truly-expendable day.
Gramsci was a great comfort.
