It's really started growing again ... this is the revamped garden's second year; it's benefiting from all the rain that, in the end, arrived; and tonight it was warm enough to have dinner outside (these are, of course, morning shots -it's east facing. To be sure, there are lots of bare patches on the shadier slopes, and we'll reassess what might possibly grow there, and plant up, come the fall - but we're very happy with how it's all coming along. I thought it was time for an update ...

Such a beautiful layering of different plants, shrubs, and trees. I love the pops of orange and red!
ReplyDeleteI had better luck with planting poppies this year than ever before! I'm hoping that they will self-seed, and that next year's poppy field will be even bigger ...
