... seen on my walk this afternoon: a very blustery walk. I took a route that I hadn't taken for a bit (Alice was teaching - her tendon still won't let her do much by the way of hills, so I took the opportunity to do a hilly walk ...), and this is on Prestwick. It's always good to travel streets one's not been down for a week or two: the car that's been looking more and more abandoned in a garage on Amesbury (in a house that's been looking more and more abandoned) had gone; another house was having huge quantities of rubble brought out of its innards; there were spectacular roses everywhere. And this one fern.
