Another street, another magnificent display of roses ... let us hope that in this weather they don't wilt too much - it was well over 90 degrees today. And let's hope that this heatwave is short-lived. I did, though, work outside for a good part of today, which was a huge pleasure, and had me looking forward to the day when the work on our terrace is finished (or, for that matter, when it's begun. But "finished" makes the whole thing sound less hypothetical...)
