the sad state of our local railroad track

For the first ten years or so that we've been coming to Eldorado, the Santa Fe Southern Railway - a spur up from Lamy that's been open for some 132 years - ran once or twice a day just about a couple of hundred yards away.  It was bought up in 2014 by a company that ran very overpriced dinner trains that summer.  Since then, nothing - and the tracks are getting weedier by the day, and the struts holding up the bridges look precarious, too.  I'd hate to see this track go under: I miss the trains.
